Although Winter weddings aren’t traditionally as popular as the other seasons, we are here to tell you just why you should consider them! For the meal, skip the salad and add a heartier option like warm risotto for your first course. If you are offering a buffet, why not add a gourmet mac-n-cheese station or a sweet potato bar.
